HVAC FAQ Question: I’m not sure what is wrong with my heating and air conditioning system. Will you answer all my questions?
Answer: Of course, no question is too trivial for an honest answer. Nor is there any such thing as a dumb question. If you do not know the answer, then it is our job to help you find out what you need to know.
Question: Do you have an office where I can reach you or do you work out of your house?
Answer: We have been located here in the South Bay for over 28yrs, our shop in centrally located in the City of Gardena, near the corner of Crenshaw Boulevard and Marine Avenue.
Question: Do you offer financing?
Answer: We offer financing through GE Money and Wells Fargo. The application is just one page and can often be approved promptly over the phone.
Question: Do you accept credit and debit cards?
Answer: We offer the convenience of paying by Master Card, Visa, Discover and debit
cards, right from the comfort of your own home.
Question: Are your technicians dressed in uniforms? Do they have the company name on their trucks?
Answer: All of our technicians are in uniform. We display our company name, phone number and address prominently on all of our vehicles.
Question: Do you have preventative maintenance plans and service agreements?
Answer: We offer a yearly “Maintenance Agreement Program”. Participants receive a 10% discount on all repairs.
Question: Are you offering equipment made by companies we have never heard of?
Answer: We offer only national brand equipment from major manufacturers.
Question: Do you offer a choice of efficiencies and pricing?
Answer: A good company will provide you with a written proposal, clearly outlining the equipment to be used, the work to be performed, and the agreed upon price. We usually offer you a choice of equipment with “good”, “better” and “best” options.
Question: Is the best thing you have to offer a “cheap price”?
Answer: Don’t be misled to believe that “low price = best value” When buying any component of a HVAC system, the lowest first cost is virtually never the best value.
Question: Do you specialize in service after the sale?
Answer: Unlike some contractors who “disappear” when you need them, Ace Mechanical is there before,during and after your new equipment is installed. Ace Mechanical Heating has been in business in the South Bay for over 28 Years. We’ll be here for you long after the job is done!
